Just to clarify - I like the character of Captain Marvel and really liked her movie. I just didn't think her character moments or power level felt earned in this thanos-avengers story line. that all felt tacked on. I would be totally happy to see her lead the charge in the phase 3 or next 28 movies. it just seemed like after (22?) movies without her, they didn't need her in this one.

the hair thing - I get that she has short hair now and had short hair in the 90s..but basically her only character scene in Endgame was her haircut. or worse..her only character moment in endgame is her having to explain why her hair is short now. we all deserved more screen time and more to do from nick fury's hail mary - especially captain marvel.

I think everyone had to look that kid up. It was a nice touch though.

I saw and enjoyed Iron Man 3. I think the only 2 I haven't seen are Thor 2 (which was surprisingly important to Endgame) and Hulk.

Hulk is completely unimportant to any of the rest of the MCU. I think if they had it to do over again they would, without Edward Norton. I liked it, personally.

I hated Thor 2, like pretty much everyone else.

Saw it, liked it. It's actually one of my favorite MCU flicks. I think this is mostly due to RDJ, he kills this performance. From the hopelessness at the open, to him being so pissed at Cap that he passes out, all the way to the reunion with Spidey and then the very end.

So many daughters, I have a lot of problems with the MCU movies, I've never been that invested, but I think they made this one specifically to get me to cry. The intro with Hawkeye, Antman's reunion, and then the whole Tony Stark thing, phew.

For a 3 hour movie I was rarely bored. The one exception being the Tony/Cap we have to go FARTHER into the past portion, I guess I felt an urgency that they didn't.

I was hyped on the female charge in the first few seconds, then it was just glaringly heavy handed and lame. If this is your apology for only having one female lead movie in 21 tries, then you botched it royally.

I did love Scarlet Witch though, I would watch a whole movie with her.

Cap picking up Mjolnir was awesome.

Hulk was a non factor.

Hawkeye was finally cool.

"I am Ironman" Perfect.

My son was broken up more by Cap being an old man at the end than either Tony or Black Widow dying. Strange, but it's got to be because Captain America and I are so similar: looks, build, etc.

Fun movie, they didn't f*ck it up!

My favorite part though had to be every time a new hero showed up I would lean over to my son and say, "So, is that Endgame?"
